It is the food you eat in your childhood decides the disease you may get after thirty years of age. Sound mind in a sound body is an old saying which tells the importance of good diet. Keep an eye on your regular diet that your children eat. Avoid eating junk foods when watching TV. Train your children in any games it may help them in burning the unwanted fats. Today our children spend most of the time before TV and computer games. Change that habit by taking then to park and let them play physically rather than playing on computers.
